Staff

Thansamaay has an experienced Thai staff ready to welcome you and your party for a thoroughly relaxing holiday. To prepare for your arrival, groceries and other provisions can be ordered ahead, or once you are settled into the villa.

Although it’s unlikely you will want to stray far from this beautiful spot, except perhaps for a stroll along the beach for a beer or meal at one of several beachside restaurants and bars, Samui offers many attractions and your villa manager will be happy to organise excursions, boat trips and other adventures for you.

They will also arrange for Thai and Western massage, spa and beauty therapists, or yoga and other fitness instructors to visit you in the comfort of the villa.

Your staff is always available and will help with babysitting and watching the young ones while you relax. They are there to provide the level of attentiveness you prefer and will tailor their presence accordingly.

Additional staff such as a nanny or babysitter, and drivers are also available on request, at an extra cost.

Villa Manager

Your villa manager and team are trained to deliver a high standard of personalized service. They are familiar with the local scene with their own connections and will ensure you and your party get the most out of your visit, to enjoy Thailand’s rich and exotic culture and Samui’s exceptional natural beauty.

Chef

Your private chef prepares daily breakfast taking note of your special orders and dietary preferences, delicious Thai and Western-style lunches and dinners. The chef welcomes your input and will take the rest so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Housekeeper

The housekeeping staff takes care of daily room cleaning with bed and bath linens changed every third day or as required. They will also attend to in-house laundry for guests and provide a nightly turn-down service, arranging for aromatic oil burners and bedside water.
